Quarter cow $10/lb.  With a deposit of $750. Balance due on delivery, $30 fuel fee. We do not ship 1/4 cows. Please choose delivery or pick up at check out. Your deposit is NOT half down. Price is based on hanging weight. Quarters run between 150lbs. and 180lbs, weight can be higher or lower. * If you are sharing with someone we do not sort for you. That is your responsibility. There is a $30 handling fee for fuel on all deliveries. Balance due on delivery. We charge 3% on credit balance payments. We also except check and cash without the fee. This includes butchered, processed and vacuum sealed. The price listed here is the deposit only which is required to make the appointment with the butcher. Quarters can not be custom cut because you are sharing with someone else. They do not include bones, fat and organs. We reserve the right to move your slaughter date to the next available if necessary.
